Additional Prosecutor General (APGA) – Advocate with minimum 07 years experience of Supreme Court and with 20 years professional experience as Advocate High Court and Age limit 65 years.
- Deputy Prosecutor General (DPGA) – Minimum 15 years experience as an Advocate High Court with minimum 03 years experience of Supreme Court OR Retired District & Session Judge with a practicing lawyer of Supreme Court Pakistan and Age limit 65 years.
- Special Prosecutor (Supreme Court) – Qualification LLM / Bar-at-law with minimum 10 years experience as an Advocate of the High Court with valid Supreme Court License and Age limit 65 years.
- Special Prosecutor (High Court & Trial Courts) – Qualification LLM / Bar-at-law with minimum 07 years experience as an Advocate of the High Court and Age limit 65 years.
- Special Prosecutor (Trial Court) – Qualification LLM / Bar-at-law with minimum 05 years experience of standing as an Advocate of the High Court and Age limit 65 years.
